it takes alot of time to get noticed with your art. it is usually not a fact of you being bad but just people not seeing it. people don't usually check out the un-scouted section what is sad because there are some amezing artist in there. if you want to get noticed try to respond to people and they will check you out and they usually see your art then as well. but like @Belyayevs-Fox sais, if you enjoy making art that is what matters. if others enjoy it with you it's only an extra bonus to what your doing. just keep going and the people will come on there own. being populair and known isn't everything and it is hard work to maintain. but i wish you the best of luck ^^
